LinkBucks.com:They are paying for your traffic too but with a little difference.They will give a link that is from your site or blog and you can put that link where ever you advertise your site or blog.Whenever a visitor click that link,you will earn money.You can promote your link and traffic exchange programs too.Their minimum payout is 5 $ and they accept PayPal accounts.
